Cliff Top Beach House in 
San Clemente

This fully remodeled home features updates to the exterior, landscaping, roof, doors, windows, cabinetry, countertops, walls, paint, drapes and fixtures. The open-concept design merges the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one great room. Bathrooms were redesigned for walk-in showers and spacious cabinetry with integrated vanity areas. Exterior landscaping was modified to showcase coastal views, complete with a fire pit and seating for enjoying mornings or sunsets.

Design Process and Objectives

The primary goal of the renovation was to maximize interior spaces for sweeping views of the coast and surrounding terrain. Modernization was key, with a focus on ensuring both the interior and exterior would provide long-lasting enjoyment and functionality.

Design Team Collaboration

Everyday Elegance Design led the creative direction and worked closely with all trades to implement a modern coastal aesthetic and open floorplans. Douglas Cabinet Design collaborated with Everyday Elegance Design to produce 3D cabinet renderings, custom cabinetry, and select premium materials. Additionally, Douglas captured aerial photography of the completed project using advanced Hasselblad drone technology.
